Owners Tim and Annelise Kavanaugh along with Chef Dan Skawinksi have created a menu that starts with southwestern basics, and then incorporates other styles of cuisine to build a unique, varied and extremely flavorful menu.
We use Hickory chips in our smoker to add a wonderful flavor to several of our menu items. Including; smoked chicken and corn chowder, pulled pork (A house specialty that we use in several dishes), smoked brisket, smoked salmon, smoked turkey and ribs which is first cured with our own blend of herbs and spices.
Fourteen Quesadilla choices served with sour cream and our own freshly made salsa are the best this side of the Rio Grande.
Finish your meal with one of our homemade desserts like warm rice pudding, or apple crisp a la mode.
